Current General Activity, Perceptions of Respondents for their Firm reports the change in general business activity of their company based on perceptions of their responses compared to the previous month for reporting service firms. The General Business Activity is the broadest measure of the Nonmanufacturing Business Outlook Survey. The diffusion index is calculated by taking the percent reporting increases and subtracting the percentage reporting decreases.
