This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of the DataSetIQ Services. By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.
2. Security and Integrity
You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or systems;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
- upload malware or malicious code; or
- bypass or circumvent security or usage controls.
3. Misuse of Data
You must not use the Services or any data obtained through the Services to:
- violate applicable laws or third-party rights;
- create, train, or improve a competing data platform or AI model without a written agreement;
- repackage or resell data in violation of source licenses;
- misrepresent the origin or accuracy of datasets or derived analytics.
4. Abusive or Illegal Content
You must not use the Services to store, transmit, or promote:
- illegal content or activity;
- content that infringes third-party intellectual property;
- harassing, hateful, or fraudulent content; or
- spam, phishing, or deceptive practices.
5. Fair Usage
DataSetIQ may apply reasonable rate limits and quotas to ensure stability. You must not:
- automate scraping or bulk downloads beyond documented APIs;
- share accounts or API keys outside your organization; or
- circumvent metering, billing, or plan restrictions.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and may suspend or terminate access to the Services where we reasonably believe a violation has occurred or poses risk.
