Subprocessors

DataSetIQ uses carefully selected third-party service providers ("Subprocessors") to support the delivery of the Services. These Subprocessors may Process limited Personal Data on our behalf.

1. Infrastructure and Hosting

• Cloud infrastructure provider – compute, storage, networking for the core application, databases, and workers.
• Object storage – backups, exported research packs, and generated files.

2. Authentication and Identity

Managed authentication provider for login, SSO, and multi-factor authentication.

3. Email and Messaging

• Transactional email for alerts, password resets, and updates.
• Support and in-app messaging (if enabled).

4. Analytics and Monitoring

• Product analytics (pseudonymous usage data only).
• Error and performance monitoring.
• Centralized logging and security monitoring.

5. Billing and Payments

• Payment processor for subscription billing.
• Accounting / invoicing tools for financial records.

6. AI Model Providers

Large language model and AI infrastructure providers used to generate Basic/Advanced Insights, JoinSense AI answers, and Research Pack content. We send only the minimum necessary prompts, metadata, and derived statistics, and do not send passwords or raw payment data.

7. Updates

We may update this list as we add or replace Subprocessors. For material changes, we will notify Team and Enterprise customers via email or in-app with an opportunity to object where required.
