These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DataSetIQ website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity.
To use most features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
DataSetIQ offers Free, Pro, Team, and Enterprise plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Unless you cancel before renewal, your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price.
Fees are exclusive of any taxes; you are responsible for applicable VAT, GST, or sales taxes. Billing is processed by our payment provider.
You agree to use the Services in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must not:
"Customer Data" means data you submit to the Services, such as account information, alerts, and configuration. You retain all rights to your Customer Data. "Public Data" means datasets made available by third- party sources (e.g., FRED, IMF, World Bank) and surfaced through DataSetIQ.
You grant DataSetIQ a limited license to process Customer Data solely for providing and improving the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
DataSetIQ provides AI-powered features (including Basic/Advanced Insights, JoinSense AI, and Research Packs). These features generate outputs based on your inputs and underlying datasets. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them.
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use AI outputs for your internal business purposes. AI outputs are provided "as-is" and may contain errors or omissions.
The Services, including software, design, and branding, are owned by DataSetIQ or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you may not:
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Both parties agree to use such information only to perform under these Terms, to protect it with reasonable care, and not to disclose it to third parties except as required by law or as needed to provide the Services.
Our processing of Personal Data is described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Addendum. In case of conflict between these Terms and the DPA with respect to data protection, the DPA controls.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. DataSetIQ does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataSetIQ's total liability arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the amounts paid by you in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or lost profits.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if required by law. Upon termination, your access ends and we will delete or anonymize Customer Data per our retention practices.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DataSetIQ is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless another forum is required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and may provide notice via email or in-app. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
