Large Bank Consumer Mortgage Balances: Original Loan-to-Value (LTV): 50th Percentile

The 50th percentile original loan-to-value (LTV) ratio. The original LTV ratio is the original loan amount divided by the lesser of the selling price or the appraised value of the property securing the mortgage at origination.
