Large Bank Consumer Mortgage Originations: Original Loan-to-Value (LTV): 75th Percentile

The 75th percentile original loan-to-value (LTV) ratio. The original LTV ratio is the original loan amount divided by the lesser of the selling price or the appraised value of the property securing the mortgage at origination.
